Food for thought

Found this on YouTube and its an Indian takeaway showing how to cook various recipes.  The chefs apron says Dial a Curry which is a chain of takeaways in various parts of the country.  Apologies if the videos already on here, either way they are very good.

hey lorrydoo, this has been extensively covered on the site already - if you do a search on "dipuraja" you will see lots of posts in relation to his videos.

Oh balls!!  Its been a while since Ive posted on here so wasnt sure if these videos were known on here.  Oh well, the quest goes on.
