Hi, what a superb forum from the quick glance I have had!

My name is Paul, I work as an engineer on the local raf base on Anglesey, fixing the jets when they break.. sometimes :)

Anyway, love my indian food from the local restaurant but have been trying to make my own dishes from online recips, some small success but never as good as what I get from the curry house near me! I have had a few tips off the owner, nice guy who puts up with my constant questions on how stuff is done in the kitchen!

Hoping to get some good tips from here and start impressing my guests when they come!

hi paul welcome to cr0 mate once you have tried the recipes you may have to change your job title to "RAF curry chef" :D, any qusetions just ask and one of us will surely have the answer or will be able to point you in the right direction.
