got to be careful though i use the rajah "hot" madras curry powder - it's fantastic and works a treat with this mix. it's actually not hot - i can eat it out the packet.

I'm convinced that it's the only one to use. I've read the ingredients vs the mild and they're differ in more than just chilli content. The hot tastes better.
