hello guys :)
I'm a newbie and can't wait to get started on the fab curries and bases :P yum yum.
just a query though,been looking at darth's base and madras recipe and would like to know roughly what size stockpot/pans i should be using?
have seen some pics online and i think i may need to invest in some monster pots :o ;D

Hi skinnyminnie2008, you wont be skinny much longer making Darth's madras!  :o - Just joking, welcome to the site  :)

I done Darth's a few times i use a 6L pot.. let us know how you get on.
