Chicken Madras

Finding Madras rather hard to crack. This is my best attempt yet. Still not all there.

Well, "a picture [may well be] worth a thousand words", but it isn't too easy to tell from your photograph where something might be amiss.  If you could tell us in what way(s) your most recent attempt failed to live up to expectations, we might be better placed to help ...

What madras recipe are you following and are you making JBs base to spec.
