Biriani (Biryani ?)

Hi all

My local takeaway does a really tasty chicken or mixed biryani.  I've searched for recipes but none of them seem to match what they do.  It's like a really tasty curried fried rice and I suspect it is fried in ghee.  I'd love to try making it at home as it's getting expensive
