Hi Gav, I have  one large gas range 7 gas hobs in my kitchen, one is near commercial strength burner! And I'm adding a new kitchen extension this summer. (With Luck)

I also have the use of a working commercial kitchen from time to time.

Always good fun to play with the big boys toys
