Looks very good lc. I find the cooking bit not too bad, its all the prep that's the pain. 

Couldn't agree more! The prep is a pain in the ass and takes many hours hard graft    but I also love the cooking with all ingredients to hand it just fun then ;D

Thanks MA yep I found I could tweak all the madras to the same taste after the first 5, then it was plain sailing as I just knew what it needed from that point on.
Great experience cooking all the rice it's just such a versatile produce to cook with, the options are endless.
