A Few of my Recent Attempts

A wee Bhuna to start with - slightly more sauce than the last time, but diluted the flavour a bit. Need to work on that a bit



Next up a Garlic Chilli Chicken - very nice



Then tonights CTM!!!!  Tasted ok but looks a bit bland - maybe need to add food colouring.

Don't know what happened with second pic - it has gone large
