Pre cooked onions and peppers

Hi everyone

Anybody recommend any pre cooked onion and peppers recipes, also can they be frozen OK?

If you want the onions and peppers to be crunchy in the food then no, don't freeze.

But if you just want to have them to add blended to a base or curry, then yes, you can freeze them.
