Marinade

Hi Novice here looking for help

When useing Chicken or Lamb Would you marinade them? if so what would you use I think it will be mostly Chicken i use. Thank you

Hi Balloo,

If you look in the supplementary recipes section, you will find recipes for Pre-cooked lamb/Chicken etc...

Alternatively if you look in the starters section you will also find recipes for Tikka and Tandoori marinades :)

Thanks 976bar  I will look at what you said but i was thinking more Chicken madrass Marinade. thats my biggest fault not making myself clear  ::)
