plain curry sauce

Hello all, Ive been trying to find a recipe for a plain chicken curry(not madras) or just the plain curry sauce(not the base)
I will be trying to make it with taz'z base sauce and spice mix  as its had a few good posts about it.
can anyone help?

Hi Aruba
In the BIR's I know, they start a plain chicken curry the same way as they cook many dishes.
Heat a chefs spoon of oil, add a little G&G paste, mixed powder, chilli powder, salt, precooked chicken,
curry base and a pinch of chopped coriander,. Cook this for 4-5 minutes and enjoy.

thanks for that I had advice that there wasnt much to add to the base.
Ive just made a big pan so ill give it a whirl and post the results

when u say a little what are the quantities?? a tsp a pinch??

Hi Aruba
Try this
1 tsp mixed powder
1 tsp G&G paste
A pinch of chilli powder
A pinch of salt
1 tsp of  tomato puree "diluted with water"

tend to have it as starter or with biryani.

please note it's not the veg type of plain curry.
