Hey as the title says great site.
Been having a look around and got started straight away on a few recipes.
Ive been into making curries mainly more authentic ones for around 20yrs at home,But I really fancy trying to nail this BIR method to the best of my abilities,so where better to start than here

First impressions on tried recipes.
C.As Base sauce: Very good base, Tried each of the accompanying dishes except dhansak and phall and feel the base is very good for everything(korma madras etc..)up to vindaloo.
Ghannas spiced oil: Very impressed with this,Been using it in my dishes I can honestly say my urine was a luminous yellow colour :oCant be good but made me chuckle!
