hiya
heres the complete recipe for the bhuna
first the base which is really simple but gives great results.adapted from this site
4 average sized onions
150ml veg oil
400g tin of tomatoes
15 cloves of garlic chopped
fry onions 15 mins
add tomatoes and garlic
plus 1 tablespoon each of the following
coriander
cumin
chilli
paprika
turmeric
plus 1 teaspoon of salt and the same of ginger powder
fry for 5 minutes
add 5 pints of water and blend
bring to the boil and simmer for 1 hour,stirring occasionally.
leave out the chilli powder if you prefer milder dishes.
try to keep it
simple.im sure this is what happens in most takeaways.also cuts the cost down as well as being fast.anyway here are the photos with more to follow in my next post...
