i've got side tracked from this by the recent base going's on.
i feel my last post in the link captures where i am on the filling which i'm pretty much happy with. i just need to put it into naan and see how the combined works out.
i'd be a bit more cautious in only going for the one's without food colouring. i think it's just down to the abilities (interests) of the BIR chef.
for sure when they are good u can't beat em. the awful stuff would put u off for life.
