just want to intoduce myself my names richard and im from bristol. im a curry fanatic and love to cook ive joined this forum to try and get some inside info on the spice blends and gravy base as it seems fairly hard to find a good one so if anyone has any succes story's id love to here from you.

on the spice blends and gravy base u'll see there is much on the site and it's really down to personal preference. they are all pretty good and a few very good. use the search a lot to pick off u're questions and ask if u struggle.
