Another grateful UK expat in Australia...

Hi, I have just joined this forum and I have to say it is marvellous. So far, I have made one of the madras curries and my husband went into raptures over it  :). We are both from the Midlands and remember well the local Indian takeaways... thanks so much for this fantastic site! Chris [welara]

there still as good. i live in the north west now but try to travel down as often as poss. the magic of the curry houses is still there.
