Edinburgh Festival Indian cooking

Hey guys,

If any of you are near Edinburgh, there's a big Indian curry cooking thing going on tommorow at Ocean Terminal in Leith. I found out at my local Indian cash and carry. I chat to the guys about curry, and I was in today and they said "a curry fan like you will be going along tomorow then". I can't find out anything online but they had leaflets and said it was going to be great and really large. For those of you are unforunate enough not to live near Edinburgh, I'll take the camera and report back.

Thanks very much Josh (for your ghee advice too). I can't imagine it will be BIR style but who knows. I just excited at the thought of that much Indian food. I'm sure I'll get some advice!
