Erm I know this perhaps is old hat now?
But has anyone here actually tried this base?

He/She Clearly states Cinnamon is important which I totally agree with. I cooked this base the other day but have left it in the fridge too long so decided to boil it fiercely.

If this were a final sauce you could not go far wrong.

Thoughts? Tried it? Do you like it?
