Greetings y'all!
I love a good curry (obviously else I wouldn't be here!) but I'm no very good at making them!
I consider myself an adequate cook who can cope with most cuisines, but the art of curry making has so far eluded me!
This looks to be a cracking site and I can't wait to get stuck into some of the recipes. Not long had my lunch but still my mouth waters at the recipes!
First up, looks like I'll need to buy a lot more spices, and also make room in the freezer for the toilet roll!  ;D

Hi Shug,  ;) welcome. Have a look, pick a recipe, read all the posts about that recipe and dive in. If you get stuck just ask. Its as easy as that. Don't forget to take some pictures if you can. Enjoy your stay with us... ;D
