CBM TIKkA Sauce.

I had a little time this morning to knock out a batch of sauce, i have posted last time i made this sauce but i think it always deserves an update....
There is no comparison between this sauce and a jar or frozen curry, I will put the link below to the video, its a tangy tropical sauce that takes me right back to a good authentic BIR.

I forgot to photo this King prawn Tikka before i got stuck in to it but there you go. Could of made the sauce flaming red with colour but didn't fancy to much colouring in the sauce, my preference.
Vegetable & garlic fried rice to accompany.
