Morrisons whole turkey leg.
1.6 kilos for 3 quid.
Now what to do with it? Curry or something else?

I wish I knew,  My wife is offering "Oriental-style turkey" as a part of the Oriental Christmas Party that she is organising at her hotel in Cornwall, but I am not at all convinced that turkey works well in anything other than a pure English roast ('though North American Indians may well disagree ...).
