Looks great Naga, Pat Chapman gets a bad rep on here sometimes but I've been using his Tandoori Masala recipe for years and I think it's superb.

Aye. Me too, Stephen. I find it more aromatic and less harsh than any of the commercial powders I've tried so far.

Whole heartedly agree with you guys.  Have never bought tandoori masala, only ever made it to this recipe.  It always delivers however you choose to use it  and keeps and improves with age
