Off to India!!

I'm going to India tomorrow for three weeks travelling around various parts including Kerela.  I will give an update when I can regarding the curries etc and hopefully some photos.

Any special requests?

A traditional curry recipe using king prawns and coconut would be good please mate.

Stay out of the touristy places and head for the little 'dhabas' where the locals eat. Take lots of pics and post them up here :D
