Hi everyone i joined this website over a year ago and never really gave it a proper go, i had bought Julians ebook and thought that was it i'll be a master curry maker, after lots of attempts at a couple of different curries 2 or 3 of them (Madras) were extra good and i rattled my brain to think what i did differently but couldn't think of anything, anyway i decided to come back and try and reignite my interest in curry making! i have a few portions of curry2go's base in my freezer but it's about 4 months since i rustled up a Ruby, so my question is, could someone point me in the direction of the best Madras (in their opinion so as not to insult anyone) please? that would be greatly appreciated !!! thanks
