For some reason I'm under the impression that Ady's 'Curried Away' opened up after going through Julian's book ?! If that's true then it just makes sense to make videos together. I might be completely mistaken, though.

In most videos of bud jolokias, there is a 10-15 second (average) time to reaction to the chilli. I'm wondering what kind of curry and what kind of chillies did they use that causes the effect to be so immediate on this one?
