Would appreciate a recipe or any info for this Punjabi starter folks. Had one for the first time yesterday from a TA. Unbelievably good! Came wrapped up in tin foil. Chunks of chicken on or off-the-bone (I was given the option) coated in a hot (very hot), sweet and sour, spicy, sticky stuff (a bit chinese- or thai-like, but in a different league taste-wise). Served shashlik style with loads of grilled/fried onion and peppers. Just begging to be put on a sizzler.
