What did the interview consist of - did you have cook a specific dish? Also, is it a part-time role - how will you manage to find the time alongside your other job (I'm assuming you're working full time somewhere)?

I took along a Chicken Pasanda & Garlic Chili Chicken Masala for them to try, it didn't last long lol.

I am taking time out from my normal role (I'm self employed anyway) for the duration I'm needed.
