Hi Guys and Gals!

I've just registered after being tipped off by the guys over at Jim's Beer Kit homebrew forum. I've got a couple of 'traditional' curry recipe books but I'd love to get cooking BIR currys!

Right, how do I go about making a base at the weekend...
