I'm barry from Berkshire. I was watching a video on base gravy, but opulent find the video of the magic ingredient that was put in near the end. It was on h4ppyleader. Can anyone point me to this video please. Many thanks, and well met.

Not sure there is a magic ingredient in either of his base gravy recipe videos. 2011 and 2013.  Google "happy H4ppy leader Chris Julian Voight base gravy". They aren't hard to find. In one of the videos he mentions using a thermometer and refers to the temperature of cooked chicken. BIR used to have some chicken in base gravy.  While I didn't watch both base gravy videos right through this morning, I have seen them before and don't recall him adding any chicken.
