Hi Cory Ander. I have used your recipes for most of the curries I have made. I am a chef in a Pub and we have a Curry night every Wednesday night. Your recipe for this Chicken Tikka Masala is stunning. I don't like a sweet curry myself but this is something else. Hence to say thanks for the recipe as it is the most popular curry I have made in the Pub. Everyone loves it and I`'ve even had comments back to me that it is even better than a BIT Tikka Masala. Going to try the Vindaloo tomorrow night.

Had a takeaway from there last night. Haven't been there for about 15 years, nothing has changed and the Madras was the best. I haven't tasted a curry like that for years. Will definately be returning for more. Stunning is the only word i can find to describe it.

I'm new to this and I tried this recipe for the first time today. Absolutley stunning!! For my first effort it actually tasted better that my local takeaway. I want to make a passanda for my missus now. Will be sticking to this recipe all the time now.
p.s. i used deggi mirch instead of kashmiri mirch. Is there much difference or does it matter which one i use?
