Hi All,

Just found this site today and decided to join.

Like most of you, I love curries, but despite having bought books and tried several recipes, the outcome is never 'the real Indian restaurant taste' and ends up in disappointment, wasted money, and another deposit in the dustbin. Up until finding this site, I had resigned myself to never being able to make the curry I like, and had decided to leave it to the experts, i.e. my local Indian restaurant. Hopefully now I've found this site, I'll be able to resume a more successful cooking hobby.

I love very hot curries (Phall-types) so please feel fee to reply to this and maybe offer some advice, or clues as to where I can find a great recipe, or two.

Looking fwd to reading thru the recipes, and maybe picking up a few tips from the experts on here.
