I would never have thought of growing a ginger plant but I'm intrigued by this. Will certainly have a crack at it. If anything comes of it I'll post a pic. I've been reasonably lucky with peppers and chillies .... so we'll see. :

I don't have a particular favourite curry as I absolutely adore them all .... apart from Vindaloos (waaayyy too hot for me) and Kormas (think it's a cheek to call that a curry).
My preference is for Indian, but I also have a weak spot for Chinese and Tai. I'm drooling now just thinking about them all. Will have to see if I can persuade my other half to join this forum as he's made some fantastic curries. All fresh ingredients of course including his own home made garam masala etc.
