I had another look around the forum earlier and rapidly formed the opinion that I wish I'd known about it sooner. However, better late than never as they say ...

I don't have a particular favourite curry as I absolutely adore them all .... apart from Vindaloos (waaayyy too hot for me) and Kormas (think it's a cheek to call that a curry).
My preference is for Indian, but I also have a weak spot for Chinese and Tai. I'm drooling now just thinking about them all. Will have to see if I can persuade my other half to join this forum as he's made some fantastic curries. All fresh ingredients of course including his own home made garam masala etc.
