Hi I'm big mama.


I'm 36 and married with 2 fantastic kids. I live in a small village in Mid Wales. I love love love curry, Aerosmith and David Bowie.

I've cooked curry in the past and been a bit disappointed but seeing the base curry gravy recipe I can see what's been missing. We love having a takeaway but can't afford to have one too often, so I thought it was time to give the real thing a go.

Looking at the recipes here we are going to be spoilt for choice and hopefully get lots of help and tips too.
