Just like to say hi to all, just joined today and look forward to sharing recipes, tips and experiences with all my new curry friends.

A little about me....I live in Edinburgh Scotland and have been eating and making Curry's for some years now, but always looking for that little bit of an edge on more and more dishes. hope we can all share our knowledge of food lol or the lack of it.
