I tried this recipe last night, after stumbling on this website looking for new ideas, and can confirm that it's BLOODY LOVELY. I can highly recommend it.

I didn't know how to "cook a yogurt in the normal method" however, so I impovised; I flashed it over a medium heat for a couple of minutes before adding it. Seemed to work OK.
