Hi To Everyone, seems like I've finally arrived at the place where it's all at!!! I've been cooking curries for as long as I can remember, started with friends recipes, then found Pat Chatmans books (curry club fame), then tried: "The curry secret book", got me close but still not what we are all looking for. Can't wait to get stuck into some of these recipes, I'm betting they're very good. My main cooking nowadays is getting the best flavour from fresh ingredients, trying to make everything from scratch, such as stock, pastry, etc; wife and kids like my food, but I'm no way in the Master Chef league!
