They're Karamdas,usually found in  Indian Mixed Pickle.Check the ingredients here -

garlic sauce is pretty easy really
half a large pot of plain yoghurt
2 tsp of garlic powder
large pinch of salt
sprinkle of dried parsley
drop of olive oil,optional
or crush fresh garlic with salt and use that in place of the garlic powder

thanks 976 bar.ive just made your garlic chilli sauce.the only difference was i added half a knorr veg stock cube .its a stunner.cheers ;D
