I've just been introduced to the site and wow, what a find!!  I've been cooking curries and Indian food for many years, following receipes from many different sources, with varying levels of success.

I've had a quick look at a couple of topics and some on here certainly know their stuff so I'm looking forward to reading the various posts and improving my knowledge.
