I have no affiliation with this lot but their curry kits are good value.

Interestingly the korma is restaurant perfect but alas the madras doesn't stand up.But I have had worse...a lot worse.I have no doubt that the answer to the curry riddle is very straight forward...Can't we just pay someone??? $:-\$

Great site....Found and made bruce's madras and korma...Knockout

Really impressed with this. Made the base without Radishes but the result was fantastic.Does it really need radish??
Destroyed Pat Chapmans Curry Bible accordingly!! ;)What a waste of money!
