Hello all,  Ive just joined the forum and looking forward to sharing
in all your collective Curry Cooking Knowledge 

Ive been a fan of British Curry restaurants for over 30 years and enjoy
trying my hand at reproducing my favourite dishes.."restaurant style" at home.

My all time favourite curry was the Lamb Madras cooked to perfection in
the now sadly departed "Ghandi" in Glasgows Sauchiehall street.
I spent many happy lunch hours there in the 1980's , never had a curry as good as
theirs ever since  , maybe thats just nostalgia as Im sure there might have been others that came close, anyhow looking forward to trying out some new recipes.
