Hi all,

Been looking recently to get myself back into proper home-made curries for a while now, and found this site a god send. I'll be getting my spice cupboard stocked up again next week, and be trying out many a recipe from this site and reporting back. I'll just have to try and resist, and make the base sauces a day early, and allow a day for flavour enhancements, before using it. I'm not the best at this, and have little patience when good food is available  ;D

As a starter, before the curry making, I did try out the sparerib recipe from Dylan in the Chinese recipe forum this weekend. Had half on Sunday and half on Monday. Got to admit, the 24 hours in the fridge helped with the flavour, and they we bootiful.

I'll be reporting back over the next couple of weeks as I give more of the recipes a go
