I have grown dorset nagas and bhut jolokia for a few years. They are extremely hot and should be used with caution. For anyone interested in growing chillis, check out this forum.

Its not a wind up ! I noticed it on a menu on the internet and was intigued to find out what it was. it does appear to be a variation of picalilli and I wanted a recipe.

What is military chutney exactly?

Ive seen references to indian military chutney, on various menus on the internet, and Im interested in trying it.
