Hey people

what a superb site this is, I've been a curry muncher since i can remember and have always wanted to be able to create my own. I've tried a few recipe's off the site now and I've proper caught the curry cooking bug. Just a little unsure on some of the mixes and stuff but I'm sure I'm in the right place for help when i need it.

anyway look forward to learning from you all and getting to know everyone.

I've been scanning over the above receipe for ctm it sounds fantastic but i need some help with a few things before i go ahead and try it. What curry gravy do i need and is there a reciepe, and also what is in the spice mix. sorry if these questions seem a little stupid, i'm new to this curry making.

As im recently new to the site i'm still finding my feet, i am indesperate need of a decent recipie for chicken tikka massala for 2mrw nite as i'm entertaining and i've promised a supperb home made chicken tikka masala. can someone please help.
