Hi, Just found this site while browsing on the lookout for ideas for tomorrows dinner. I have been a chillihead for many years and time permitting, really enjoy an afternoon in the kitchen, radio on, beer at the ready, while cooking a bhoona lamb or similar. I hope to borrow from the ideas on this site and will update with any feedback.
