I had a go at making a curry gravy. I had to modify it slightly because the wife is allergic to tomatoes but all in all my curry turned out a hell of lot better than it has in the past. Still not perfect - but early days yet.

Oh, got to learn quantity control as well. Top row of the freezer is now full of curry gravy.

Already make a list of ingredients to go out shopping. ;D

You have no idea how many curries I have attempted to make and failed. I wish I had found this site a looooong time ago.
