Hello Curry Lovers,
Please can anyone give me a simple recipe using tindori.  They are a small asian bitter cucumber like gourd.  I believe they have various names throughout Asia and the Far East.  My local supermarket now sells thems but I have only ever seen them pickled.  I believe they can be cooked as a vegetable dish too.
