Thanks SnS - much appreciated.

Will be a couple of weeks before I can try it due to hols, but I'll be sure to report back.

A slight change of spelling threw this up...

Perhaps a couple of the more experienced cooks on here would be kind enough to cast an eye over the recipe and give some thoughts.

Hi All,

I used to use the Moghul Tandoori in Lytham St Annes regularly and one of the best dishes on their menu, is Podina Lamb (I believe podina is mint).  I've never seen a podina recipe so wondered if anyone had one?

Another I'd like to find is Naga Lamb, so if anyone has that one...

Thanks & regards

Thanks UB. Podina may be a house speciality - I've only ever had it at one BIR and it is awesome.

Having looked around a bit I can see that my kitchen is going to get a good old hammering over the weekend. Looking forward to posting results.

Found the site whilst surfing t'net for recipes. Had a quick look and first impressions are that I will learn an awful lot from you guys.

I shall undoubtedly be trying some of your recipes and will post my results afterwards.

On a slightly different note - does anyone have a recipe for Naga Lamb and/or Podina Lamb?

Curried regards
