I am pleased to be member of the forum, having tried so hard to find authentic restaurant recipes, that actually taste anything like the standard of restaurant food.

I am looking forward to using some of the recipes to see if I can conjure up some culinery magic for the missus.

First off has to be a recipe for a Chicken Tikka Chilli Bhoona.

If anyone knows of one, I am all ears
