I have just made this and all I can say is WOW!! Thank you so much for sharing.

This is without a doubt and by an absolute mile the best curry I have ever managed to make.

;)hello from a currynut in South Wales.

I have umpteen curry cookbooks and have tried several "authentic indian restaurant" type recipes and so far have failed to make anything even resembling my local curry house

But I wont give up and just getting a brand new shiny kitchen is making me eager to try again
